Our team

Theresa Cicchetto, LMFT

You’ve always been the one to take care of others. Your identity is wrapped up in being the responsible one and never saying “no”. Even in the past when terrible things happened to you, you kept it to yourself because you didn't want to burden anyone. It’s so hard to trust. Everyone thinks you have it together, but you are barely managing. Your mind never shuts off and you constantly worry about others. The worry turns into your head aching and your stomach getting angry. You want better for your kids, so you work hard but all the stress, memories from the past, fears about the future leave you with a deep knowing that something needs to change or you are going to implode.

I’m Theresa Cicchetto, LMFT, LPCC, at Counseling to Inspire, Inc. in Vacaville, California. With over 20 years of experience, I have helped many women just like you who have struggled with anxiety and trauma. Through counseling, you will learn how to manage the stress of life while also healing your past. It doesn't have to feel too overwhelming or something you put off doing until the kids get older but instead you can feel more confident starting now.

My hope is to help you feel present in your body, connected to the people you love. I am a therapist who keeps it real. A lot of my clients share how comfortable they feel talking about hard stuff, stuff they’ve never talked about before, because of how I show up in session. We will meet weekly so you can feel safe and able to work through what is bothering you. I know admitting you may need help feels defeating, but in no time, you will be thinking “I wish I would have done this sooner.” You have everything you need within you. I will help you put a spotlight on your strengths, so that you can use your strengths to overcome your weaknesses. If you are ready to reduce stress and anxiety and enjoy peace, contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

You're worried that your teen has not been themselves since the pandemic.

They tell you no one likes them, and you're concerned they are not fitting in. They spend all their time in their room, and you feel they may be depressed.  More of your conversations end up with your teen becoming upset, maybe there is yelling or tears. Your teens' emotions affect the whole mood in the house.

Things are so different from when you were young, and you think they should have settled into their new routine by now.

They are often overwhelmed and become upset when trying to do everyday tasks? They are hard on themselves and lack confidence that you feel they should have. Thinking about the future brings out their insecurities and stress. Making life decisions leaves them feeling anxious, confused, or even a little lost in the world. When stressed you hear more complaints that they have stomach aches, headaches or they just don’t feel well. You want to see them excited about their future.

I can work with your teen to increase their self worth, and inner strength by giving them an environment to get to know and understand themselves better. We will discuss coping skills to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. Then we will look at their values, and help them use their strengths to reach their goals. I am here to assist them if they get stuck maneuvering this difficult time in their life.

I am Latrice Simmons, ASW and I provide counseling for teens in Vacaville, CA. For the last decade, I have helped teens and their families in our community with wellness in many different ways. As a Social Worker, Wellness Coach, and Yoga Instructor, I feel “Wellness is the real Wealth”. I feel overall wellness is obtainable, and I can assist you in the process.

To stop feeling overwhelmed, take the next step and schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation today.

Works with teens and adults.

Have you ever experienced those moments in life, where the weight of overwhelming stress, anxiety, and sadness seem to consume you, leaving you uncertain about the next steps to take?

Do you find it difficult to complete your daily tasks due to overwhelming stress or lack of motivation? While some stress can be beneficial in motivating us, excessive stress can create significant conflict in our lives. It often hinders our ability to interact with others, stemming from a fear of being judged or disliked. Additionally, the symptoms we feel may manifest themselves physically, causing discomfort in our bodies. We often feel little to no motivation, hopelessness, and other feelings of low self worth when we are unable to complete simple everyday tasks.

I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with managing anxious and depressive symptoms. I work with individuals to help increase their self-worth and self-confidence while working on relieving those anxious and depressive symptoms and navigating challenges they wish to conquer.

My hope in therapy is for you to feel welcomed and comfortable, while providing a safe and empathetic space, where you can fully express your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.

I am Joanna Quiroz Gomez, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has been providing services to preteens, teens, and adults. You matter and you deserve the chance to learn about your symptoms and how to navigate and cope in a healthy and effective manner that works best for you. By embarking on this journey together, we can pave the way for a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you are ready for this next step, please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
